Workspace billing and lapsed subscriptions
The Owner's Settings › Billing covers the whole workspace: the Studio plan, seat count, invoices and card. If the subscription lapses the workspace goes read-only until it's reactivated; nothing is deleted.

Who pays
The Owner's account holds the Studio subscription. Their Settings › Billing shows the plan and price for all seats, with Manage billing for invoices and the card. Admins and Members have no billing controls for the workspace; their own Billing tab only concerns their personal plan.
If the subscription lapses
When Studio is cancelled and reaches its end date, or a failed payment isn't fixed, the workspace becomes read-only. Everyone can still open and export projects, but editing, generating and inviting are off, and banners point the Owner to Reactivate Studio. Reactivating restores everything as it was.
Moving work out
Projects can be moved into a workspace. If a team is closing and someone needs to keep a project personally, ask [email protected] before the subscription ends.
