What a workspace is
A workspace is a Studio team's shared home: its projects, members, seats, pooled AI credits and Elements library. Everyone in it edits together live, and the workspace's plan applies to all its projects.

Your personal projects live under your own account. A workspace is a second home, owned by whoever subscribes to Studio, where a team keeps the projects it works on together. Anything in the workspace is visible to its members according to their access, and edits from everyone appear as they happen.
What's in it
- Members and roles. An Owner, optional Admins, and Members; each takes a seat. Guests can be invited to single projects without a seat.
- Projects. Created in the workspace or moved in from a personal account. Workspace projects can't be published; they're shared with people instead.
- Pooled AI credits. 2,500 a month per seat, in one pot everyone draws from for workspace projects.
- A shared Elements library. Characters, props and locations the whole team reuses.
- Comments and live avatars. Review comments attached to the exact spot they're about, with @mentions, and avatars showing who's in the project right now.
Whose plan applies
Inside the workspace, everything is on the Studio plan: unlimited shots, clean exports, pooled credits, regardless of what plan a member has personally. Back in your own account your own plan applies. One person can own one workspace and belong to others.
