Per-person overrides
Give one workspace member a different level from the rest: add them by name in Share project and pick a level. The override beats the workspace default until you remove it.

- Open the workspace project, click
Shareand start typing the member's name inAdd people by email. Workspace members appear as suggestions with their role andset project access. - Select them, choose a level in the dropdown (it starts at Can view) and click
Add. - They get their own row under Who has access. Change the level there any time, or choose
Remove overrideto put them back on the workspace default.
Typical uses
- Most people view, a few edit. Leave the workspace default at
Can viewand give the people who edit an override ofCan edit. - A confidential project. Set the workspace default to
No accessand add overrides only for the people who need it. - Someone should stop editing but keep reading. Give them a
Can viewoverride instead of removing their access.
