Default access for everyone at your workspace

On a workspace project, the Everyone at your workspace row sets the level every member gets unless they have a personal override.

  1. Open the workspace project and click Share.
  2. Under Who has access, the first row after the creator is Everyone at your workspace with the member count. Open its dropdown and choose Can edit, Can comment, Can view or No access.

It applies immediately to every member without an override. A project just moved into a workspace starts at No access, so nobody sees it until you set this row (or add people individually).
