Export the shot table (CSV, Excel, PDF)

Share › Download › Shot list / Table exports one row per shot with your properties as columns, as CSV, XLSX or a landscape PDF with thumbnails. No watermark on any plan.

  1. Click Share, then the Download tile, and pick Shot list / Table (One row per shot, your fields as columns).
  2. Choose CSV, XLSX or PDF.
  3. Under Fields, pick All fields or Only columns shown in the table (your current column order, minus hidden ones). Under Shots, export all or a range.
  4. Click Export. The file is named after the project.

What's in the file

  • Columns: Scene, Shot, Frame (Yes when the shot has one), Heading, Title, Script, then your properties, then Omitted. Image properties export as a count (2 images).
  • XLSX: bold frozen header, sized columns, wrapped Script cells. Data only, no pictures, ready to sort and filter.
  • PDF: A4 landscape, a real paginated table with frame thumbnails, the project title on page one and Page X of Y footers.
  • CSV: the same columns as plain text, for any scheduling tool.
