What happens to my credits if I delete my account?

If you delete your StoryTribe account, all unused credits will be permanently lost.
That includes the monthly credits from your plan and any top-up packs you bought. Credits can't be transferred to another account or refunded, so if you have a balance you'd like to use, spend it before you delete.
Deleting an account is permanent. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead and keep the account.
