A project won't open

A project that won't load shows one of a few messages: no access, not found, or a timeout. Each has a different cause; the fix is usually a fresh link, the right account, or a reload.

  • "You don't have access to this project." You're signed in, but not as someone the project is shared with. Check the avatar menu for which account you're using; if it's the right one, ask the owner to share it with that address (or turn on Anyone with the link).
  • "Project not found." The link is wrong or the project was deleted. Links to a deleted project don't come back; ask for a new link if it was moved or duplicated.
  • Loading for more than 30 seconds, then an error. The project's data didn't arrive in time. Reload; if it repeats, check your connection and any VPN or corporate filter, which can block the app's data servers.
  • "You're offline" toasts while working. Edits queue and send when the connection returns; keep the tab open. If the header still says saving after you're back online, reload once.
  • A blank editor or missing panels. Usually a blocked script or a stale tab: hard-refresh, disable extensions for the site (Brave shields in particular), and confirm the browser is supported.

When you write to support

Include the project link, the account email, the browser and device, and the exact message. A screenshot of the browser console (right-click › Inspect › Console) speeds things up.
