Full screen or your published page isn't up to date
After you edit, Full screen and your published page take a moment to catch up. Until then, the Full screen button is grayed out and the page says Project updating. It usually takes under a minute.

Why it happens
Full screen and your published page don't change the moment you edit. They update a few seconds after you stop. While that happens:
- The Full screen button is grayed out and says
Syncing...when you point at it. - Your published page shows
Project updating... - A shot that isn't ready yet shows as a blank white frame.
What to try
- Pause editing. Every change starts the update again, so stop for a moment.
- Point at the Full screen button. Wait about a minute, then hover over it. That starts any update that's still waiting.
- Reload your published page. It shows your latest version once Project updating... goes away. If the page has been open for more than an hour, reloading also starts a fresh update.
- A shot stays white? Open the project, make any small change to that shot and undo it, then wait for the update to finish.
- Still stuck? If
Syncing...stays on for more than ten minutes while you're not editing, email [email protected] with the project name.
Did this fix it?
