What’s the refund policy for AI credits?

AI credits are non-refundable once issued or purchased.
This covers the monthly credits included with a subscription and any top-up packs you buy, whether or not you have used them. Cancelling a paid plan doesn't refund unused credits either.
If you think you were charged for credits by mistake, contact support with the date of the charge and we'll look into it.
