What’s the refund policy?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, but amounts already billed aren't refunded.
Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased, even if unused or if you cancel your subscription. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with the date and amount and we'll look into it.
