Can a teacher view a student's work without a StoryTribe account?

Yes. A student shares a link, and anyone with it can open the storyboard in a browser without signing in. Only the person creating the storyboard needs an account.
To share, the student opens Share on the project and turns on Anyone with the link, or publishes the project and sends the published link. Either way the teacher can view without creating anything.
