How testing works

We’ll send you a link, either to a design prototype or a development version of our site, and you'll be invited to participate in one of two ways:

• Test with us: This will be a short online call (via Zoom or a similar platform), where we’ll walk you through the experience in real time. You’ll need a device that supports screen sharing and a stable internet connection.
• Test by yourself: You’ll test independently in your browser, and the session will be recorded (including screen share and voice record), so you can talk through your experience as you go.

Both options are easy to join, and your feedback plays a big part in shaping each feature we deliver.
