Did you know that StoryTribe is essentially a two-person show? It's just Yunmie Kim and me, and yes, we literally do everything from A to Z ... while keeping down full time jobs.

I kick off my day at 4 a.m., UK time, and by then, Yunmie has already spent hours working from Australia. We've figured out how to turn time zones into an asset鈥攚hile one of us sleeps, the other keeps StoryTribe alive and ticking. It's like having a start-up that never sleeps.

Here's a glimpse of our daily juggle: Yunmie handles organisation, illustration, UX/UI, and all things presentation. On my end, I deal with development, architecture, and even accounting.

Oh, and we both split duties on social media, customer service, and content entry.

Talk about wearing multiple hats! 馃

What we've found is that every hour truly counts. Whether it's Yunmie using her lunch break to sketch new designs or me squeezing in some code after the baby's bedtime, we make it work.

It's incredible how much you can accomplish when you maximize your time and work with someone who complements your skills.

The global connection between us is not just about dividing labor; it's about multiplying passion and impact. Yunmie's creativity from Australia fuels my drive in the UK, and together, we've created something greater than the sum of its parts.

So, if you've ever dreamed of starting something of your own, know this: You don't need a huge team or endless resources. Sometimes, all you need is one like-minded individual and the resolve to make every moment count.

Your dream is just a 'let's do this' away.
