🚀 Our Recruitment Process
1. Screening (15 mins)
A quick phone call or survey to learn about your background and interest in StoryTribe.
2. Initial Interview (30 mins, Google Meet)
A conversation to get to know each other. We'll also share more about StoryTribe's journey and vision.
3. In-Person Interview (1 hour)
We'll start by diving into your technical skills through a discussion of past projects, then shift to problem-solving and exploring how we might work together.
4. Task, Live Test, or Short Trial (Optional)
Depending on the role, we may ask for a small take-home task, a live pairing session, or a short paid trial. This helps us see how you approach real work and collaborate with the team.
